Depends on your role/positionThe good thingsThe only good thing here is I learned a new skill in this company. Other employees are nice and courteous. Other departments have in depth trainings.
The challengesManagement, no proper work structure, no strong communication between superior and subordinates, no career advancement (meaning if you work on the position you applied for, there is little to no chance for you to be promoted even if you worked there for years), low morale for their employees, the perks and benefits are lower compared to other BPO companies, faulty PCs, and no proper orientation on your work and you have to figure things out for yourself most of the time (does not apply to every department. Some department have great trainings, but in my case, not so good).
