Challenging but fun experienceThe good thingsI like it because it gives off a fun vibe. You get to interact with nice colleagues who are supportive all the way. You will feel like you've become a part of the family, and that for me is a good thing. Training-wise, you get to learn things on the go, and we don't get to worry about our English as we are also being trained well. All in all, a fun environment.
The challengesIf you're someone who can't handle shifting schedules, then maybe you need to reconsider. It's challenging because you would have to be flexible because you would need to accommodate to client's needs. And in this environment, you need to always be prepared in whatever you're given, because with shifting schedules comes new things to learn, and new approaches to make.
