    Good gateway for learning
The good thingsWorking here will definitely make you venture out of your comfort zone. I've been doing things I had no idea I have the potential to do. Also, with the extensive training here, I've been able learn a lot especially in the field that I am in right.
The challengesSince the company is fairly new there are still things that needs to be improved.

The good thingsWorking here is fun. The owner of the company is awesome to work with. They will touch base with you and make you feel that you are being recognized.
The challengesSince the company is just a start-up better to have a proper training class and focused more on the process.

    Challenging but fun experience
The good thingsI like it because it gives off a fun vibe. You get to interact with nice colleagues who are supportive all the way. You will feel like you've become a part of the family, and that for me is a good thing. Training-wise, you get to learn things on the go, and we don't get to worry about our English as we are also being trained well. All in all, a fun environment.
The challengesIf you're someone who can't handle shifting schedules, then maybe you need to reconsider. It's challenging because you would have to be flexible because you would need to accommodate to client's needs. And in this environment, you need to always be prepared in whatever you're given, because with shifting schedules comes new things to learn, and new approaches to make.

    Wonderful experience with Elevate International
The good thingsI love how my employer cultivate people, and equip them with the proper training. The environment is awesome and I got the opportunity to engage with dynamic people. Our senior managers are very approachable too and fun to be with.
The challengesI had a hard time on adjusting with my working schedule. I'll start working at 11pm and end at 8 am. It was hard at first since this is my first job but as time goes by, I was able to learn how to adjust and be flexible with it.

Working here is like sailing in a vast ocean. Testing the waters and going along the waves is a prerequisite.
The good thingsGood things come from great people! First, they provide assistance to the employees. Second, they are very approachable. Third, they make their employees feel comfortable. Fourth, they are hands-on. They have a say on every process. Fifth, their employees can have a direct contact with them. Sixth, they encourage camaraderie and professionalism at the same time. Lastly, they plant motivational drives in each and every employee and they encourage doing things proficiently.
The challengesSince there are no established regulations yet, things are a bit all over the place and anyone can be anyone in a tick of a second.

    The New Frontier
The good thingsThe Atmosphere is surreal, it's packed with lovely and kind people. It's a fun workplace. It's full of potential. Not you're typical office job.
The challengesSince the company is new a lot of things need improvement, like the training for new hires in particular. This place is not for the faint of heart. One needs to have balls of steel to last in the new frontier

    Great environment with great colleagues
The good thingsMost of the employees are very young so the drive and energy to grow and work is there. Communication is very streamlined. Everyone helps everyone.
The challengesThey expect you to be proactive, sometimes too proactive. Training is a little rough here and there but as expected with a young company in a new LOB.

Great place to grow as a professional
The good thingsI enjoyed the experience being in a start up company. The employers are very friendly and generous. The company provides free lunch and health insurance is provided after 1 month of stay. The skills you will learn from the company's services to their clients are very valuable and is a great asset on one's resume.
The challengesThe company need's to improve on their structure. My employers need to lessen their habit of micromanaging people. Employees need to understand that we are following a hierarchy. Also, they need to motivate their employees. Provide bonuses and benefits. They need to give incentives to employees who have performed better than expected.

There are good days and bad days
The good thingsThe company helps us to get out on our comfort zone like for me, I never really thought I could speak and handle a client on my own account. They trained us very well mose especially in communication skills and gave us the opportunity to expand our career. They help us to join and took certifications which is a win-win part for me because they are the ones who spent money on those certifications.
The challengesThe only challenge that I can see in this company is that they let go of people easily.

    Great Company
The good thingsThe company offers a lot of opportunities especially for their new hires. The management is also very open and easy to talk to about your woes - may it be for your career or personal problems. Aside from that, the company also gives you a lot of learning opportunities so you won't be stagnant.
The challengesThe only challenge we face aside from the fast-paced training, is the occasional changing of schedules.

A good place to start fresh
The good thingsI met a lot of great people here and extended my network. People here are kind and willing to help. Management listens to employees and do their best to improve.
The challengesThe population in this company is quite young. Sometimes it is great to encourage the new hires but also a great thought should be given to the tenured employees.

    Dynamic Team
The good thingsI enjoy the diversity the company has created. The culture and values are quite astounding considering it's a pioneering company. We are able to learn from each other even though we come from different departments. It's a close-knit community that I always look forward coming to every evening.
The challengesLike in every pioneering company, we think big while we're still running on limited resources. The shift can be quite challenging too but isn't something I should be too concerned about since it can be managed. Another challenge is miscommunications that may occur considering some offices are located in another city or even country. But again, it's a challenge that can be managed so long as both agencies are open and keep open communication with each other.
