Management not too good + not so competitive salary
The good thingsThe monthly events and colleagues are the only good thing.
The challengesSalary is not competitive enough for the workload. Also, management sometimes invades your personal life.

I did not have a great time here.
The good thingsI can’t think of any good things here.
The challengesBe careful on who u trust here, most of them acts like a friend but can’t be trusted. Hard to file VL, it feels like you owe them big time if they will approve your leave. Toxic leads everywhere that won’t help you improve and gives to much workloads. Management doesn’t care about the employees well being, no work life balance!

The challengesVery low salary. Unjust treatment basing on position. Some leads are very controlling even in personal.

    Interesting Workplace
The good thingsIt's a good avenue for learning, if you're willing to learn. The people are pretty nice, and in such trying times such as the current pandemic, the management and the President have been truly helpful and understanding.
The challengesSome toxic characters, but it's probably because there's limited interaction between departments.

    BAD COMPANY MANAGEMENT
The good thingsThere is no good things here.
The challengesThe way they treat their employee is not good. When you work here it feels like you are not allowed to have a social life. The management will treat you like a robot. MOST OF THE TIME THEY WILL NOT APPROVE YOUR VLs and they will always look for documents when you filed 1 day SL. They will control your whole life.

    The Best and the Worst.
The good thingsYour experience as a first time QA will skyrocket as you have access to multiple high-end devices and projects. They will provide you with first class access to multiple testing techniques and scenarios and broaden your knowledge as a QA Tester.
The challengesThe environment now reeks of learning stagnation as you go on the job. The work-life balance is getting shattered because of the the workload without having a competitive compensation. Also some personalities are showing toxicity that ruins motivation and growth for upstarts.

No open communication, autocratic leadership, has serious management issues
    The good thingsRelaxed office ambience
The challengesYou'd be impressed at first how they seem to open communication, but when it comes to serious stuff, they'd just ask you to listen to them and they won't hear your side of things.

    Good but not so great
The good things-Cool people (early shift) -Game consoles, billiards, sleeping quarters on the break room. -Year end parties boasts a lot of expensive and exciting prizes.
The challenges-Schedule -low salary -climbing up the ladder seems to depend more on your TL than your skills at testing/management.

    Easy and fun company.
The good things- Playing and working at the same time. - Not so stressful environment. - Cool Team Lead (atleast in the team I was). - Cool people in my shift. - There are sleeping quarters, gaming consoles, and billiards in the breakroom. - Travel opportunities.
The challenges- Pretty low salary for starters. This is kinda 'understandable' since the workload is not that heavy. - Career growth is meh. Yes, you climb up the ladder but the workload is still the same.

You will be just a "Tester" but not a QA,
The good thingsCool working environment. The prizes for christmas party are cool and expensive gadgets.
The challenges- No solid experience when it comes to Software Testing. You will be just a "Tester" not a QA, - BPO set up. -Shifting schedule.

Overall QA Testing experience is very good, Co-Workers are energetic but some people are immature, No Philippine Hollidays.
The good thingsThe QA Testing Experience is very good and would really make your work ethics mature, Soft pressure is applied to testers to make them know how to improve, Teammates work with each other and helps new trainees to adopt to each and every project, and monthly team dinners are a plus. Exposure to variation of Android and iOS devices.
The challengesFamily Oriented Filipinos would find it a hard time to schedule vacations because there would be a chance to not have VLs approved plus there are no Holiday offs, Rest days work would sometimes occur as well, some co-workers are immature, bug filling grade system is a little strict.

    Awesome
The good thingsThis company is great. I love the boss and you will also love your fellow employees too. It's fun and you will never regret applying to this company. \"You work hard and you play hard\". This is what this company is all about. It will be hectic and a bit pressure at times, but you will never be alone because you all work together. So if ever you're planning to apply to this company, do not hesitate because you will enjoy and have fun there.
The challengesThe challenge in this company is getting your quota, but the employees here help each other out so, again, you're not alone. Another challenge is not to miss anything in your project, also there are times you have to work fast because there's a deadline and the pressure is real. It's challenging and fun the same time.

Testing games the are not-well developed is not fun, even if it pays.
The good thingsAverage salary and usual perks you could get when you work in an office. Free coffee drinks, play games during break time, but I could not play because I haven't tried playing with consoles before. Being able to use multiple expensive gaming consoles/platforms like apples and high-end android phones, etc.
The challengesBetter employee engagement. The company is kind of like an BPO company but much worse. You just find bugs in a c****y game or app. You can't fully \"review\" the apps to at least make those apps less lame. But instead you just report a typo bug and other kinds of bug and then the next days you test that app, the same lame bugs appear again, still not fixed, or nothing much is improved from the first time you tested that game.

    Easy and enjoyable
The good thingsThe President of EPPI is very nice. He makes sure that his employees are happy on what their doing. He's giving freebies every year to us. And he is very approachable.
The challengesThere's a lot of challenges I encountered when I'm still there like dealing with my co workers who has a different attitude, when a client is complaining to us when there is/are missed bugs.

    Good company for gamers
The good thingsYou work while playing games. What else sounds better? The people and the work environment are great. Not too formal but very professional nonetheless. Makes working a lot of fun. The recruitment process was also fast and efficient. Only one day of processing and you'll know if your hired or not. Overall the experience working with Elevated Play Phils Inc was awesome.
The challengesThe only thing is that the salary is average and not very big when starting, but the opportunities are good and an employee can have career growth within the company. Also the company is still young compared to others so some benefits are still being revised and improved. The company is in a small commercial building making access a bit limited but can be solved easily by time management.
