    The good thingsNear to my place. Walkable, that's it.
    The challengesbad management and poor compensation. good employees walk away because of this. it's okay to have loaded work, as long as compensated well and given the right credit. Owners ungrateful. Management are not aware of their responsibilities. In general, toxic culture.
