The good thingsElectrolux globally or in general is a good Company. The brand is now over a century old and this speaks of a stability tested by time. Its vision of shaping living is one remarkable or its advocacy to making a difference to everyday life. The environment is welcoming and inclusive.
The challengesElectrolux Phils Inc. has so many opportunities for improvement as a business. It is operating incomparably with the rest of the Electrolux entities across East Asia. The ways of working and the environment needs to change. Leadership should drive positive change.

The General Manager uses words discouraging and derogatory to gender.
Not good working for gender sensitive individual.

Supply Chain Planner Experience
The good thingsI enjoyed the experience being in a multinational company, talking and discussing with my colleagues around the globe. As a fresh graduate then, it was pretty nice to see how products are being imported in the Philippines (since the appliances are manufactured in other parts of the world and are sold here in the PH) and how companies work around to achieve on-time delivery of goods.
The challengesIt was actually a learning experience for me since I came to realize that Supply Chain is just one of my interests but not a job that I see myself doing in 5-10 years. I also found quite a large percentage of the employees given with very limited tasks and minimal authority to analyze and recommend solutions to the company - giving the employees in higher position heavier loads and bigger coverage
