    The HR and Brand Team (MAC & BB) consistently demonstrate a lack of professionalism, marked by inadequate training, unclear communication, and failure to adhere to contractual obligations.
    The good thingsThe location is not overly crowded with corporate workers. Additionally, it is across Powerplant Mall, so if you have personal errands, etc, it is very convenient.
    The challengesThere are inconsistencies in how the HR and Brand Team (MAC & BB) handle contractual agreements. Additionally, there is a lack of clarity when responding to inquiries, which suggests a need for further training in these areas. Overall, these issues reflect unprofessional behavior.

    The work is rewarding, but don't expect too much.
    The good thingsBeing an intern for the company definitely provides a good stepping stone for better opportunities in the retail industry. It's definitely a rewarding experience, especially, seeing and knowing what it's like to work for Marketing and PR.
    The challengesOne of the greatest challenges of working for the company is the work hours. It states 9 hours in the MOA, but sometimes it requires more because of events. Another is the allowance. Granted, interns are not entitled to allowances, but the compensation is a little underwhelming. So, this job is really for those who need the experience to have a leg up in the industry.

    The good thingsir has a high salary a good managemnt plus a good benefit and incentives.it has a previledges also..like a 50k uniform allowance a year and product allowance of 6k a month...
    The challengesi dont think of any challenges...i think theyre one of the best..
