    Family owned company is for the benefit of Family only
    The good thingsThe Italian Boss was really Nice. He treats us like his Family. Good training ground for first time employees. The Co owner\\Wife is generous. There are additional perks\\bonuses during Christmas Party.
    The challengesDifficult career advancement, Management is biased to Family Members. Favoritism is prevalent. Poor work\\life balance. No career plans for employees. No budget for employee skills enhancement.
