The challengesA lot of challenges during my employment, the resort is situated in an island so the source of water and power are very limited and it is very hard to expedite spare materials on emergency equipment breakdown; there is no recreational activities for employees to unwind; the foods are free and unlimited but there should always fruits to strengthen the immune system and the most challenging one is the attitude of our manager who has a very poor management style. Overall, I love the company because of its benefits and compensation. The higher management should understand the needs of its employees and there concerns especially to the lower ranking employees.
