    The good thingsgrowth and goal attainment. These environments are most conducive to a successful workforce as they encourage employees to perform to their highest ability. Companies can achieve a positive working environment by focusing on their overall culture, supporting employee growth and making employees feel safe and comfortable.
    The challengesMaking Mistakes They happen to everyone at some point. Admit them and apologize. Don't offer excuses or try to cover them up. Instead, offer solutions as soon as possible and fix the problem on your own time. Forgive yourself, and move on.

    The good thingsThe good thing when working under Engineering Department is that you will learn more about how Lens/Opthalmic Manufacturing Industry works. People here treats you like Family and not just a co-worker. There are so much to learn from here and only if you have the passion for it. Also, it encourages you to work on independently which is a good thing because it will train you to do tasks and activities and enhances your critical analysis and data analysis. The good thing is that they sent employees abroad for training which is a good one. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to be sent due to certain issues but that is a-okay.
    The challengesThe challenges I experienced here is that the management. Poor facilities and old MS Office (2010) Softwares for staffs and manual gathering of data which is so tedious especially when gathering data from individual machines as a process engineer.

    The good thingsi enjoy working in EHS because they give me oppurtunity to be a leader. EHS is a family to me. i created good conpanionship and friends.
