    The good thingsThe office has a good ambience. Company really do practice professionalism. They are customer-oriented company. I got to work with friendly superiors and co-workers as well. They offered great incentives and othe benefits. The HR Dept. is so understanding and helpful.In general, I had a really good experience working in that company and I missed to work with them again. It was really wonderful.

    The good thingsI realized that it it never too late to learn a new line of work and new things. Perks were there and lots of activities that nurtured my talent and skills especially in dealing with different kinds of persons.
    The challengessystems used were a bit of challenge but nevertheless fulfilling once you get used to it. Being able to use 25 different systems in a day is not easy but truly fantastic!

    The good thingsGreat salary, gray company rules, objectives and site. Good break rooms. Nice designs in the floor. Great mentors. Awesome benefits even if you're still a trainee. Very good training for voice and accent and product training. Fair judgements and considerations.

    Not Great, just OK.
    The good thingsPeople. Management and the Leads are amazing. Almost everyone is so nice and people look after one another. A great company to start your career with. They accept high school graduates and offers promotions for performers.
    The challengesCompensation and Incentives are not competitive. They do not care about their employees. We have a very high attrition rate because it was very stressful and the pay is not enough. Commissions and incentive scheme is questionable and most of the times delayed.

    The good thingsI was able to gain experience working in a multinational Company. Was very proud of myself completing all the difficult exams and back to back interviews just to land to the job that I was applying to way back 2011. The Company offers a good compensation for beginners plus a promising free meal allowance. Another bonus thing is the experience of seeing your local stars working with you in the sa
    The challengesWas so afraid to report to work that time as I was under the impression that the place we work is right on the fault line. every time there's someone running at the Office you would feel like it isn't safe for you to stay there. Another not so good experience is that their PC's for most of the time freeze which would eventually stop you from finishing your job, preventing you to multi-task .
