Thankful for my time at the company though more that half of my 10 years were filled with regret
The good thingsThe good thing about the company is the on time payment of salary. overtime is also paid. Great for experience
The challengesHeavy workload. No work-life balance. You may have to render duty on a Sunday. One experience is that I didn't have a rest day on 2 straight months due to increased workloads and the project's refusal to add more staff all for the sake of bigger savings. While the salary is always paid on time, it is unfortunately low. Adding to it, we were not given the projects bonuses that was promised to us after years of waiting due to a change in management. It was heartbreaking.

It is a good learning experience for occupational medicine practice in hazardous workplaces and I hope benefits and compensation can be improved since exposure to hazards in the workplace should be compensated accordingly.
The good thingsAdded Medical Benefits (HMO)
The challengesMultiple clinic sites- not easy to manage if many walk in consults.

    Good source of working experience.
The good thingsI have gained experience in working in infrastructure, structural, and electromechanical projects.
The challengesSo many work loads. So much pressure from immediate superiors and big bosses. Low salary.
