The challengesPer my assessment, employees are overworked, some are not motivated, few are disengaged. Some teams or sub-teams don't share the common goal, vision, objective and strategy, means LACK OF TEAMWORK. Few employees are complacent and they don't want to grow and contribute. Mutual trust between team is not strong. Sometimes employees are treated as expense not an asset (shuttle please). Overall the challenge is how to keep what your going, ensure performance and focus in your career growth despite the mentioned circumstances.
