HR and Administration Manager

current employee
Working @ ECPay, Inc
The good thingsThe culture is pretty much casual. Directors have a hands-on leadership style, they go around and talk to employees directly. They listen to employees and validates these with the Manager concerned. As a member of the management team, I feel the respect of the Executives for my job knowledge and appreciation as to what I can bring / contribute to the company.
\"Family comes first\" is one of the things that the Directors adheres to.
The challengesFor me, it's the traffic coming to and from the office.
