    Working in ECLOF ia challenging but despite of it, you will enjoy every journey of those challenges, learn from it and earn experience from it.
    The good thingsYou will experience a different kind of working environment wherein you as a person and as an employee will be challenge and learn from all of it. As every day is a challenge, you will become stronger and your confidence will definitely be boosted which you might used once you leave the premises and face other challenges outside of the company.
    The challengesIn my 2 years here as an HR, I would say that there is no challenge nor major problems that we encountered in the company coz all employees are cooperative.

    The good thingsThere's a possible chance for you to travel if you are handling recruitment and training and development.
    The challengesThe implementation of the organisation's vision and mission is being manipulated by management through the policies they are imposing. It used to be a non-profit organization but now turned to a profit organization. They have a high turnover even in their HR team. The organization have high politics issues.
