    They expect an overwhelming number of designs while having inefficient workflows, inadequate systems
    The good thingsThere’s nothing good thing about this company; it fails to deliver on what it promises.
    The challengesThey demand a large volume of designs but lack an efficient workflow, proper systems, and a supportive environment, and the salaray does not align with what was advertised.

    The good thingsShifting Schedule According to your liking. Stress Free Work Great Environment And Super Approachable management! Lots of Events or Programs for the Employee to enjoy.
    The challengesToo Far from my place. (I'm from Laguna btw. Personiv is located at Alabang) My basic Salary did not increased for almost 5 yrs. :( No other bonuses aside for 13th month pay) They are strict when it comes to 1 Sick day leave. Need to provide med cert with the same date. :( Approval of leave should be 7days before the date.

    Training grounds and career growth in this company is above average. Highly recommended for fresh graduates who want to make their firsr career growth.
    The good thingsThe most important thing I liked about Personiv is the knowledge and skills I have gained through the years. Superiors are friendly and the bond between the teams are great!
    The challengesWith the skills and environment that you are acquiring from this company, the only risk is the compensation. That is a very big challenge for an employee.

    Amazing
    The good thingsAll of them are friendly and they treat you nicely. They also have raffles that you can win and recognizes you for your excellent performance. You will learn a lot from this company and will enjoy working in here.
    The challengesThe challenges that I experienced here are some websites have many pages and different font styles. Also it is my first time to experienced night shift so it is also a big challenge for me but I survived it all.

    This is experience is a good stepping stone for the freshly graduates.
    The good thingsEmployee relation is approachable. Schedules are great. Cool colleagues, a lot of activities. Safety and Insurance of your health. Great team leads. They have a good pantry for everyone. A lot of fun and enjoyment.
    The challengesMore of incentives for great and good web designers or even a complement will do. More opportunities for those who want to improve their skills and develop more knowledge on the field. Delay of something, like incentives, etc.

    The challengesFor a Company that does Creative Work, This one lacks the inspiration and creative force a design company requires. Management Limits Creativity and never listens for ideas. Compulsory Attendance for weekends and Holidays.Freedom of Speech and Opinions are strictly prohibited.Management doesn't listen and lacks Transparency over business matters. Company also has a very Strict Guidelines over things.

    Nice company if you're just a fresh graduate
    The good thingsWithout being biased and looking in a employee perspective, one of the good things about this company is the location and the overall aesthetic view. If you're just a new graduate, you should try applying in this company. This company will help you mold your career if you're just starting.
    The challengesThere are so many things that Personiv can improve but I hope they will take into consideration their employees well-being. Life and work is not balanced to the point where in you can't help but have reasons to hate your work. Sometimes but not most of the time employees being taken for granted and we don't want to feel that way.
