The challengesNo matter how great your performance is, it won't matter during merit increase. Your salary will almost stay the same. They apply call center rules without conducting dialogue with the employees - like they have critical work days and you need med cert if you file a sick leave on those days.
Critical work day is monday and friday, before and after pay day so that outs so many days. They're strict on your SL reasons.
