Walk the TalkThe good thingsThe company is a good training ground specially if you are a fresh graduate. You will learn to do things that is not in your job description. You will learn to have more patience, like you are talking to mentally challenged individuals . You will be more sociable, cause you would get to know the office gossips, seems to happen a lot specially when bosses are not around. You will learn to be more creative and resourceful because the tenured employees you are working with seems like they are first timers in their own jobs, you expect that they will guide and help you, but no you are working with a bunch of people who are waiting for you to fail.
The challengesThe challenges you will encounter here, hmmm....
- you will be called for a meeting when its close to the end of your shift
- you will be called for a meeting almost everyday, no more time for you to do your own tasks/deliverables
- you will have a nice time doing gossips.... errr... i mean your tasks
- if there is something good, managers gets the credits, if there is something wrong, client complaints, good luck, your own your own.
- no teamwork! if its not my job, why the will i help you.
