    Place to learn and grow
The good thingsI joined as a process consultant and have progressed since in terms of experience and designation. This is the best environment if you want to learn and grow given the nature of clients, projects and senior experts/management.
The challengesWork can be fast paced. Involvement in activities beyond project delivery while interesting can sometimes be taxing

    Walk the Talk
The good thingsThe company is a good training ground specially if you are a fresh graduate. You will learn to do things that is not in your job description. You will learn to have more patience, like you are talking to mentally challenged individuals . You will be more sociable, cause you would get to know the office gossips, seems to happen a lot specially when bosses are not around. You will learn to be more creative and resourceful because the tenured employees you are working with seems like they are first timers in their own jobs, you expect that they will guide and help you, but no you are working with a bunch of people who are waiting for you to fail.
The challengesThe challenges you will encounter here, hmmm.... - you will be called for a meeting when its close to the end of your shift - you will be called for a meeting almost everyday, no more time for you to do your own tasks/deliverables - you will have a nice time doing gossips.... errr... i mean your tasks - if there is something good, managers gets the credits, if there is something wrong, client complaints, good luck, your own your own. - no teamwork! if its not my job, why the will i help you.

    The good thingsLearned various experiences
The challengesThe senior employees had favoritism towards the former employees, plus the team would treat you like some help, and not make you feel like you're part of the team.

    Awful Administration and facilities
The good thingsThey manage to get some \"Big name\" clients, and that's probably mainly the source of income for their branches and the office here in the Philippines. They're a really small company with \"people\" working in several places remotely (Work from home basically) Because it's really small, you get to do almost everything for the client and interact with them daily if you're currently handling a project.
The challengesFACILITIES ARE AWFUL to non-existent, Administration is rather bleak and uninspired. They work people to the bone, and there's too much politics in a company that small. Asian NGO, ASSIST and ECCI is basically 20+ people and some interns, that's their work force. No possible growth, computers hang and die on you. Irresponsible consultants who see interns with no \"employee rights\"
