    Great place for career growth
The good thingsWorking as a full-time Quantity Surveyor, the company allows me to explore and use my capabilities in the best way possible. I continuously gain sufficient knowledge to do my tasks and am exposed to different international construction projects using the latest estimating software available today.
The challengesIt is acceptable that there are a lot of challenges along the way, especially with the communication but we're working on it and I'm happy with the result so far.

    Challenging but rewarding
The good thingsI am now exposed to different kinds of projects in Australia and it is rewarding in the sense that I got the chance to work with these construction projects with the latest estimating software that broaden my horizon as a QS.
The challengesI need to continuously learn construction methodologies in Australia, which is very different from the Philippines.

    Challenging but fulfilling work
The good thingsThe employer is very considerate. The work itself is challenging but very fulfilling. I have learned a lot from the training provided for us and even now that we are already doing actual projects, I am still learning. Working environment is great and the team is helping each other out.
The challengesAt first, it was a bit difficult to adjust my routine for the required working time but when I got used to it, I realized that it was rather better and easier since we get to avoid the hassle of commuting during rush hours.
