    The good thingsI've been working here for 2 years now and I can say I am proud to be part of Eaton. They value their employees very much especially during this time of uncertainty. We are allowed to work from home since we can do our job remotely. Our leaders always ensure our safety and security. As Eaton employee, we stand with our values, be ethical, passionate, accountable, efficient, transparent and we learn. :)
    The challengesHope we have a more competitive salary package. The basic salary is very competitive, it is Manila Rate even if we are based in the Batangas area. However, the allowances are not that competitive as compare with other companies.

    One of the most ethical companies in the world!
    The good thingsEven the office is based in the province, the salary here is Manila rate and those who work on night shift receive additional allowances. For the shared services business, we have one day work from home per week.
    The challengesSince Eaton is a global company, I think one of the challenges is working remotely with managers who are based abroad. Though it is not hard to connect with them since we now have our to means, it's just that it's much better to work face to face.

    Good company and people but management and pay issues
    The good thingsThe company is good in rewarding it's employees especially bonuses. The admin and support is still growing and can be good for professional growth.They only ask med cert if you go SL for one day. Mobile phones are allowed on the floor.
    The challengesPay Issues - There will always be pay dispute. They will pay you back ,but the salary will always have discrepancies. Hiou will be paid with overtime but expect to have RDOTs always. Corporate politics - because most of its operations is starting, departments are small. Managers and leads overlap and if you're not close to 'someone above,' VLs are hard to file or they will make life hard. Process - the company is growing so expecting hiccups in HR support and operations. Growth - though it's growing, there are pioneering people in the company who are still associates but carry leadership roles. Company is roughly 6 years.

    Working with my Eaton family is very spontaneous. It will treated you as part of their family.
    The good thingsThe work environment is safe and well organized. People whom I worked with was a very friendly people. The team is growing and more opportunities to come. You have a high visibility on the top management. And being with an HR Services Team is much better.
    The challengesPart of my struggle in working for this company is you will experiencing a high level of traffic on the transportation. So I need to adjust so that I come to work a head of time.
