    Not worth it. The pay is too low and so much workload.
    The good thingsYou will really learn a lot of things here.
    The challengesDuring interview I was told that the position does not involve fieldwork but when I started at the bank, I had to do a lot of fieldwork that I can no longer do my actual task. The worst thing is we were forced to do other functions and sparked a commotion because they are all claiming to be a boss.

    The good thingsEastWest Rural bank is a relatively young company. They have only been around for 6 years and are very open to changes and new ideas. Working here is fulfilling because people are open minded and positive. You will never feel shy around anyone and they will make you truly feel like family.
    The challengesAs its still a young company there are bound to be a lot of changes from time to time which can be frustrating. Finding stability and mastery of work will be difficult if you are always being pulled apart and put into different roles or functions.
