    TROO is a good company but working in easwest Unibank is definitely another story. Not all of us are treated well inside the bank

    The good thingsHigher management are mostly foreigners bringing in their professionalism and expertise. They are very pragmatic and they don't have the "seniority" thinking that is very adamant in most Asian office culture.
    The challengesAs a very young company, not all of the employees are ready for the fast paced working environment. With the company using a different solution, some employees especially the mid-senior management are not as flexible on adapting and cope up with their day to day work and the demand of using new tools.
