    Stepping Stone for the newly graduates
    The good thingsThis company gives me the opportunity to have a good working experience which prepares me in working abroad. I have been working now in one of the biggest Cement Companies in Middle East for almost 12 years. I've witnessed and been part of Line 1 Construction , Commissioning and Operation.
    The challenges6 days working in Plant. The company should reconsider to have only 5 working days to its employees due to its Plant location.

    The good thingsGood working experience as a cadet engineer. Bonus are good but need to hit the yearly dispatch target.
    The challengesWorking at packhouse is stressful environment. Boss are toxic and a lot of workload. Work is repetitive and no individual growth.

    The challengesjust the "time entry" , it's a system generated meaning if the system fails and though you in/out it will "absent" on adrenalin. so hassle to correct your time entry a lot of process.

    Poor HR Management, Lack of Training, Non-standard Engineering Practice, Fun recreational activities.
    The good thingsExposure to actual construction of the largest integrated cement plant in the country. Free food and accommodation for plant stay. Great recreational amenities.
    The challengesPoor HR management system. Adopting non-standard engineering practice just to comply with project deadlines. Lack of manpower versus workload. Lack of training for skill and educational growth. Six working days for a location hardly accessible for transportation. Poor compensation.
