    The good thingsI appreciated that the company was very welcoming to beginners, especially since it was my first experience working in a BPO environment. Both the management and employees were supportive and approachable, which made it easy to adapt and grow in my role. The workplace culture was positive and enjoyable, and I valued the opportunity to share ideas and contribute to improvements within the company.

    Employee Career Growth and Stability
    The good thingsThe management provides equal opportunities to all employee who have passion to excel and willing to go above and beyond their job description. One of the reason I stayed here for almost 6yrs and same reason why I decided to ga back.
    The challengesNo company is perfect, however E-way showed its stability and being flexible to their employee at the same time during the pandemic. Despite of economic challenges, E-way continued its operation without reducing their man power.

    The challengesJust like in any company, you need to prove yourself and go beyond the expectations before you gain the trust and appreciation from the management. You just need to keep up your patience, sincerity and consistency, and in time, you'll definitely harvest the fruits of your labour.

    A company that appreciates hard work, sees real skills and compensates excellence.
    The good thingsCompany: Offering Essential Products to Australian Markets so you can really say it is a stable one. Employer: Once you have proven yourself enough, they'll give you independence and let you be accountable for your own task or project; it gives an employee a sense freedom and fulfilment. Almost all staff who have direct or indirect dealings with customers through selling or promotions are getting a monthly bonus or commission; as much as 6 digits per year. Highly performing staff gets compensated annually by means of salary increase and promotion. People are self motivated and energetic because there's so much work to do that are very challenging and non-repetitive.
    The challengesThe only challenges are how you as an employee be able to keep up, sustain your enthusiasm and how to develop your speed and wits along the way. They have high expectations as any other serious companies have as well.

    Not a perfect company but has its good things
    The good thingsCareer Development, Work/Life Balance, Optimal Work Schedule (personal opinion), Kind and friendly officemates.
    The challengesThe computers/system are very slow - needs an upgrade in performance so that employees can work with ease, working environment could sometimes be distracting. You can hear the banging of the computer mouse on the table when the system slows down which is distracting for some.
