The challengesThis is the worst company I’ve worked for. On my first day, there was no proper orientation—just the contract handed to me, and no HR staff present. The company clearly has no plan to hire HR because they don’t care about their employees. Management is excessively micromanaging, requiring daily reports that waste time. The salary is extremely low for the workload, and there’s no overtime pay, even though after-shift meetings at home are mandatory and unpaid. The environment is toxic, and the employee turnover rate is alarmingly high. Avoid this company at all costs.
