    Dyson cares for its people.
    The good thingsThe company has consistently proven that it cares for its people, esp during the pandemic. It has provided more than enough support to its employees during the lockdown period and ensures sufficient controls are in place onsite to prevent local transmission of the virus. Truly one of the best companies in the country right now.
    The challengesThe culture is not for everyone, but those who can survive will thrive on it. Fast-paced, highly dynamic, and very challenging, esp at mid to higher levels in the organization.

    FOR PEOPLE.
    The good thingsI have had many jobs and never have I been treated the way I am treated here. The company runs on trust and transparency and this provides a feeling of mutual respect for everyone in the company, regardless of position or rank. There is a confidential hotline and that made me feel like I can express any concerns I have and I know they will be heard and considered instead of ignored and shrugged off. The café brief exercises we do each month also really help to connect us as a company so we are a team working towards the same goal instead of separate departments ignoring one another. Also, people here are easy to get along with.
    The challengesBecause Dyson PH branch is still a startup, there aren't leadership opportunities available for the team member. I hope as Company continues to grow and expand, they will open up additional options for people hoping to advance to higher positions within the company.

    Challenging yet rewarding
    The good thingsSuperiors encourage critical thinking and to learn from mistakes. There are a lot of opportunities for growth and collaboration with different teams. Employees are treated with respect.
    The challengesBenefits are not yet at par as other big manufacturing plants but already improving with the support of the management. Challenge is to do a lot of things fast and adapt to very dynamic changes in the operations.
