    The good thingsPeople oriented management. Work-life balance. Big on taking care of the family. They provide venues where you can showcase your work with the family, to be with the family and have some fun; and also, opportunities to give back to others the blessings you received, like outreach program.
    The challengesThe only challenge working for this company is to always be ready for opportunities. Clients come and go, or, clients may change their need, so just be prepared and always look at the positive side where things can still be a win-win for everyone.
