BPO na feel mo yung value moGusto ko dito kasi hindi siya yung typical BPO na wala kang contact sa client. Dito, I get to work with them directly—kaya ramdam ko na may value yung ginagawa ko. Sa team namin, collaborative yung vibe, kaya mas masaya. Hybrid din setup, so di na tulad ng dati na pure WFH—nakakaburyong at nakakalungkot. Dito, may interaction, may learning, may kwentuhan.

Disappointing experienceMy experience with JACSS Dynamic, was disappointing. The work environment was unwelcoming, especially for new hires. Tenured employees were difficult to approach, and there was a sense of silent competition that made communication uncomfortable.
Training and onboarding lacked proper support and compassion. Expectations were unreasonably high, yet the pay was below market rate. What’s more concerning is their bond policy, if you’re terminated for not meeting their standards, you’re still required to pay a ₱10,000 bond, even if you worked hard and didn’t resign.
You will shoulder the medical exam as well, out of pocket.
No career growth.
No yearly salary increase.
Overall, it felt like the company prioritized rigid policies over employee growth and well-being.

The good thingsA very healthy working environment, all the admin staff are friendly and approachable, they always ask how's your day, they greet you casually everyday and makes sure that you are comfortable. Their activities and monthly events makes you feel valuable as an employee, flexible schedule and setup.
The challengesThe working environment and work loads depends on the clients assigned to you, not everyone experiences the same environment because of the difference in clients.

The Upper Management are great in valuing people.
The good thingsGreat organisation only my immediate supervisor is the problem. So lazy and immature.
The challengesJust the normal challenges we encounter in a fast paced BPO environment like the pressure to do multi tasking and keeping up with the client's expectations. But over all I would still recommend the company because in every problem they try to look for the best solution and they are always open to employees' comments and suggestions and review them.
