    I'd recommend it as a stepping stone for fresh grads, then leave after a year or two.
    The good things- WFH benefit - VERY GOOD Work Life Balance... a little too good for a first job - Whenever there's a ticket, everyone works on it with you - No micromanaging from manager - Many available resources for self-studying (SAP Learning Hub, Udemy, etc) - Taking certifications in SAP Learning Hub are free - Managers do the best they can to take care of you
    The challenges- Lacks direction for career growth - Very slow promotion - Very low and slow salary increase

    DXC is a very good company, good uplines, you will gain experience that is relevant to your role or management but the salary increase is kinda low.
    The good thingsGood uplines, if your new to this role DXC will definitely give you experience that will come handy in the future.
    The challengesCompany location, it's located in QC in front of MRT Q.Ave station. Now if you are living near this are its definitely accessible but if you are from south it's kind of a hassle.

    The good thingsCant think of any, to be honest.
    The challengesI will not recommend this company. This is a haven for all BPO 'trapos'. The SDM and OM of the project/client (an offshore drilling) I was part of were alleged to have misused our R&R funds. The OM was transferred to another department and the SDM went AWOL. The environment here is very toxic.

    The good thingsA Best Place to Work for Me, facilities are world class, HR Support was really great, I remember the time I requested for an SSS Loan certification, they immediately responded. Kudos and Great Job to OM Rachelle, AM Felice, and Boss Gel, great managers and excellent management.

    The good thingsThe work depends on the client. I was working as an app developer remotely. Everything was great. They are very chill.
    The challengesNot a lot of career progress since if your client isn't one of the noticeable ones, then there is nothing for you to achieve because you won't get noticed.

    Working in DXC Technology is beneficial because it helps us to manage our work-life balance. However, with regards to salary, it does not compete with the market, thus the reason why a lot of people are resigning and looking for a better opportunity outside the company.
    The good things- The privilege to manage my time between my family and work - Considerate managers and team leaders-
    The challengesSalary increase sometimes takes time to receive it. It took me to have a manager who saw my potential and the improvement I made for the team and the company, that is the only time I had salary increase.

    The good things• Chill and non-toxic people • Good working environment • Not competitive but acceptable base salary • fresh grad friendly, even if you have no exp they provide training. Also hires high school graduates • Offers hybrid and WFH option (in some accounts)
    The challenges• 60 days notice when rendering • Account I was put in has bad management. Understaffed and heavy workload. Hard to achieve metrics for people who have no prior BPO or tech support exp.

Work environment is great also and Work-Life balance is applied here also. I you want to develop your skills especially in the IT. This is the place to go.

    The good thingsThe company was able to minimize work-related stress and establish a stable and sustainable way to work while maintaining health and general well-being. I can go to the gym and spend time with my family and friends. And I can travel as well.
    The challengesOne of the challenges, I think, is the minimal salary increase. Inflation is getting higher, so it would be great if they could compensate their employees competitively.
