    The good thingsDwightsteel is a good company to work for. There's plenty of room for growth. My employment in this company really helped broaden my experience in Recruitment.
    The challengesSuperiors/supervisors will not spoon feed you. One needs to be independent, which can good and a challenge, depending on one's point of view.
