    The good thingsthe people surrounds you in this company can motivate you to be successful the owner will help you how to become successful and how can you overcome your fears. the company that shares all their blessing to the employees. can easily lean on helping hands when your down. the employees shares their talents/knowledge to each and everyone.
    The challengesthe only thing that they need to improved i think is the tenure of employees that receiving benefits. as well as the rules and regulation that sometimes not followed.
