    not so memorable first time experience
    The good thingsthe company offers me a chance to grow as an employee while i was in the company. i was able to know about the structure of the company. the do's and dont's from the perspective of the people working in the administrative side and the ones working in the production area. it was easy to get along with co-workers from the different sectors in the production area.
    The challengesduring my short sting at the company, there was a tiff between the workers union and the management. to some that event may not matter. however, truth is, working at that time was really challenging. you'll never know who to trust anymore because people who backs up the winning horse are willing to my gossips about who's doing what. there was a time when we do not know who to follow anymore.
