The experience is immesurable, but the salary is way too low and fixed
The good thingsI learn how to manage my skills as a leader, how to communicate well to other professionals and to the worker who are willing to help you to accomplish the project.
The challengesmy first experience here as an employee. I was assigned as a Project-In-Charge of a project in pasig. At first it was very hard for me to handle the project because of a beginner but lately I slowly learned on how to become an effective leader, engineering skills and to cooperate in the working area in other companies working also in the project.

    It's a challenge for me.
The good thingsAs a Timekeeper, I enjoyed working at Dctc with different Departments especially the workers who are engaged with that kind of jobs (steelman). Since we are in a construction workplace, Your length of service and patience to workers should wide and long as your service and patience to your parents . And that types of works was i really love . I was able to practice everyday my very good attitude and on how to deal with those people because it is my joy to serve people .
The challengesIn my very first time to work with this type of job, i was so nervous to talk with them beacuse all of them are boys for the total of 25 workers . It is my number 1 challenge to work for this company. And for the days are passed, I was shocked because they are all 70plus workers (boys) with one girl (Timekeeper) Almost everyday i was challenged.
