    Company needs to improve management support and onboarding process.
    The good thingsSome good coworkers.
    The challengesLack of proper onboarding and training makes it difficult for new hires to perform tasks correctly. Task delegation is unclear, with expectations placed on employees to handle complex tasks without guidance. Feedback from management is often delivered in an unprofessional and discouraging manner. Overtime is expected but not fairly compensated, creating pressure to stay beyond office hours. The resignation process is unnecessarily difficult, causing delays and added stress for employees. Internal communication between departments and management needs improvement to avoid misalignment and confusion. There is a lack of senior support for junior staff, resulting in unrealistic workload distribution. Workplace culture discourages asking questions or clarifying tasks, affecting employee learning and growth. Employee welfare and well-being are not prioritized in daily operations.

    Good for beginners only,
    The good thingsThe team is good, If you are new in this industry you can cope easily because your seniors are helpful. The uniform is free, they can lend you a phone for business use. There are a lot of freebies like shrimp from their plant.
    The challengesThe salary here is entry-level. The regularization takes time to occur on working in this company even though you have been working with them for 2 years. May mga bonuses daw noon, kaso noon yun, wala pa rin hanggang ngayon,
