The only company I encounter where big bosses sets a time to socialize with all the employees.The good thingsThe company values its employees and gives time to hear our concerns face to face. On my first day at work, they've provided an emergency kit that will help an individual to survive for the first 48 hours. From that moment, I know that I will forever remember this company since it was a first time experience. The generous culture of the company is contagious.
The challengesThis challenge is not for the company but from my department. To give a proper time to eat and not at the end of shift where we spent 8 working hours before we can properly eat.
