    IT team is good but site management is worst
    The good thingsThe IT team is great, it’s the department you’d like to spend years working with. They develop and provide for their people growth wise. Lots of inhouse opportunities
    The challengesLow starting salary. yearly increase but very little percentage. Overall site management is far one of the worst, not much benefits aside from the regular benefits like Sss, pagibig, etc.
