    The challengesToo fast-paced (in my job; every job differs anyway). Some working conditions weren't suitable for me but can be manageable by others.

    Great experience and benefits but low salary
    The good thingsAs my first job, this company definitely helped me to grow my knowledge and skills. I had a good team. Kind managers and supervisors. Many fun events throughout the year. Many benefits like free check-up with the company doctor every week, free medicines, free shuttle bus and bible study every week.
    The challengesNo foods and phones allowed inside the plant even in the offices. Low salary.

    The challengesAnalyses are tough and very critical even though the products are only generic. Work schedule is very fine. Location is not that accessible. Unprofessional environment.

    My previous experience to the company.
    The good thingsThe company gave me a challenging job. Equipped me with more training that I need to excel on the areas that was assigned to me. Also an exposure to the different department by giving me a chance to handle areas by means of cross training. Employees were encourage to have a farm life during weekends with their family.
    The challengesThe company is being run by family corporation. Thus, higher position was given to the part of family member even the said individual is not capable & not deserving to the key position. A lot of nepotism was observed even in the decision making which has remarkably have future effect to the company.

    My Work Experience at DMLI
    The good thingsIt is quite humbling to see that this great company employs the less priviledged disabled citizens of our society into their workforce. I admire the way they treat their employees with equality. We even celebrate mass during first Fridays of the month. I know most big companies also offer these benefits to their employees, but it was at DMLI where i first experienced these wonderful experience.
    The challengesGetting there.... quite far from the place where i lived. And the traffic at the service road.
