Working at PJG Hospital was a thrilling experience. I've learned a lot from the people who work there, and the environment is also very pleasant to work in.The good thingsThe heads of each section of the laboratory were extremely pleasant. I enjoy it when they lecture or show us what they see in the patient's specimen and let us identify it. They correct us when we make mistakes. They were there to help us when we needed it.
The challengesMy challenges at work were that, because it was my first time working in a public hospital, I didn't expect to see so many people having their check-ups and a crowd of people inside the ward. Back then, I hadn't overcome my fears of being in a crowd. But, so far, I've learned how to deal with it by working and don't have any absences on my work schedule.
