    The challengesi thought if you were working already after your probitionary your salary would increase ? i dont care if it is small amount or what so ever but the company doesnt work for that.

    Ideal for fresh grad but not for experience professionals
    The good thingsoffers reasonable salary for fresh grads especially if you will be applying in the Accounting department, very nice workplace, unli coffee and juice, gym provision, with playroom, clean cafeteria, with lactation room
    The challengesNo career growth, Management has a lot of things to improve in terms of taking care of its employees, making employees to stay is difficult especially when people wants career growth, an organisational ladder to climb but this company has none, salary increase is not guaranteed yearly and when they do have salary increase, its very low

    The good thingsNice office. Nice people . Mr. Injap Sia is an angel. Perfect location. Train ride away from me. Work life balance is okay. Work is not that loaded.

    Multi-tasking is something you can learn from this company and it really helps you to grow as person and as a proffesional well being.
    The good thingsI enjoyed the facilities, the events and the people as well. Most of the employees here are very welcoming and they are indeed friendly. The facilities are great! Such as the prayer room, studio, game room, lactation room, gym and even the mall. Facilities are all instagrammable and pleasing to eyes so it lessen our stress at work.
    The challengesThe big challenge is how you will maximize your time because of many deliverables and no standard process.

    A company that grows with its employees.
    The good thingsThere are plenty of things to learn. Things which we only learn in theory or in books are immediately put in practice. More importantly, each department treat each other as a family. They are always patient and willing to assist you to learn new things. The company grows with its employees.
    The challengesIt is a young company. The employees must be willing to put in the effort to create the foundation for its future policies and the likes.

    Stepping Point for Fresh Grads
    The good thingsAll employees are treated fairly here and we have had good privileges and benefits. Workloads are pretty reasonable and it's a pretty friendly work environment.
    The challengesThe company lacks systems especially concerning in office organization and security. But because it is just a young company, it still promises to uphold and fulfill its goals to become a greater, secure and strong company.

    So far So good.
    The good thingsThe team is very hospitable, understanding, cooperative, and open-minded. No one is being discriminated or isolated. Everyone is treated as a part of the family. Work is bearable and problems can be solved quickly with your office mates with at your back. All personnel from other departments are friendly and easy to be with.
    The challengesThere are sometimes problems with the paper works but can be solved immediately. There is no other problems so far in my department, office workplace, or in any other aspects.
