    The good thingsThere are lots of things to learn and especially good for those who are looking to find experience in the field quickly. The owner is very hands-on and provides a lot of input to improve the quality of work. Overall good experience and can really test a person’s limits.
    The challengesWorkload may get intensive at times especially near deadlines but that comes with the job. Overall fair difficulty.
