A challenge for every administratively experienced employee
The good thingsThe Catholic faith is strongly exercised in the institution since the SDB priests actively participate in the administration. Catholic rites are consistently practiced.
The challengesAdministrative processes are not properly implemented. though the institution has been in existence since 1953 the department, Aircraft Maintenance Technology (AMT) is relatively but was run by inexperienced managers.
