I found my time there enjoyable and I found the community accepting.
The good thingsI find the work challenging and fulfilling especially with the opportunities of further studies promoted by the administration. The progressive style of education allows for experimentation in curriculum and activity development.
The challengesWorking with multiple grade levels is to be expected, and fatigue can set in quickly as some year levels have more students than others.

A Very close knit place to work in
The good thingsThe school community was great to be around and helped inspire some learning experience for the students. there is a lot of potential in subject collaboration as well as student collaboration (and competition).
The challengesThe work was difficult due to the number of students to be managed for each grade level. Students were generally great, but it was challenging to provide novel learning experiences for them.

Professional workplace but for the teachers, just like in other private schools, we handle multiple grade levels (20-25 units per school level). Overall, a good working experience.
The good thingsThere's an employee healthcard. Just like in other schools, there are kind students and there are challenging ones. Overall, students are respectful. Management is very organized and has, "stick to the rule policy". Very respectful with one's time. Extending within working hours is not encouraged.
The challengesMultiple Grade levels (which I think, just a normal workload for other private schools in the Philippines). This will stretch your time management. Although multiple grade levels, the number of students per grade level is quite low.

Recommended for teachers who would want to start a career/track in \"progressive education\"
The good thingsOpportunities for career development
The challengesThe usual challenges a teacher has to go through such as communicating with parents, dealing with students who are struggling.
