    The good thingsProvides a lot of trainings here in the country and abroad that would help employees to be learn more and work better. Very approchable Manager and very eager to help.her young employees in decision and anaylsis. A lot of benefits and gatherings to promote camarederie. Very happy working environment and employees are very close.
    The challengesThw work place should be improve since is small already due the increasing number of employees.
