    Working in a manning agency is challenging knowing that this industry is dominated by men, But based on my experience women can also be part of this industry.
    The good thingsI had learned how to work without any supervision. We always have bulk applications and was learned how to multitasks. It was really good working in this industry because I was able to interact with different people not just inside my workplace but also outside whom I meet during my field work.
    The challengesSome challenges I faced during my stay here is that I need to maximize my time since almost of my applications are urgent. I need to multitasks things to finish the application on time and making sure that all my outputs are correct. This made me learned how to handle pressure at work.
