    Very Good
    The good thingsAn ISO certified company. Free staff house for employees far from the area. With loyalty award (cash, token, etc) from 3, 5, 10 & 15yrs in service. Profit sharing every december. Company outing every year in every branches. Salary increase every 2 years. Business planning and review. Perfect attendance.

    The good things and Bad things about my previous company
    The good thingsThe management was good sometimes for being motivating their employee but the bad side was the people who is inside the company. It is given that every company has an employee who want to be the best in the eye of the owner but telling but things about your co-employee is not a good and having an interest a big no no.... Maybe it is a norm that every company has.
