Overall, I am happy to be part of this company. I have grown in this company and learned a lot in my almost 5yrs of stay with them.
The good thingsThis company values work-life balance. Stress free workplace and has very approachable colleagues.
The challengesIf you are from the south like me, it would be a challenge going to their main office in Makati City. Good thing, they have permanent remote setup!

Working with D&V has been a game changer for me.
The good thingsCompany promotes work life balance that they only require their employee to go to the office one a month/quarter for team catchup or meeting. They also provide in-house training that will be helpful for its employee. D&V not only a pro client company but they also look out for their employees welfare too.
The challengesYou need to constantly improve yourself because D&V hires very efficient employees.
