Overall, D&V Philippines Outsourcing is a good fit for professionals who are motivated, & adaptable.
The good thingsMy experience with D&V Philippines Outsourcing has been positive overall. The company provides supportive and professional environment where employees are trusted with meaningful responsibilities and encouraged to grow.
The challengesThe work can be fast-paced and demanding at times, particularly when managing multiple clients or tight deadlines, but this also contributes to strong skill development and learning. Leadership is approachable and the collaborative culture makes challenges manageable.

Not bad for a first job, good for long-term
The good thingsFree onsite lunch, hybrid arrangement, justified salary (not bad honestly - they even do salary adjustments after a couple of months of working if you perform well), company events, facilities and the colleagues you'll work with (they're not just all about work)
The challengesI think the HMO policy can be improved (although I appreciate the provider so much), but other than that I can't think of anything else, which is a sign that I'm really enjoying my stay here. Been here for almost a year now.

WFH makes everything feel more flexible, comfortable, and easier.
The good thingsWork From Home set up. Working remotely has genuinely improved my daily routine. I’ve been able to better balance my work and personal life, and not having to commute has saved me a lot of time and energy. It also helps that I can work in a space where I feel comfortable, which makes it easier for me to stay focused and productive throughout the day.
The challengesI haven’t encountered any significant issues so far

Joining D&V is a great opportunity.
The good thingsWork–life balance is something they genuinely prioritize, not just talk about. When you’re on vacation, they fully encourage you to disconnect, no pressure, no interruptions, just the freedom to truly rest and enjoy your time. Another aspect I deeply appreciate is the work-from-home setup. Transitioning from an onsite work to this kind of flexible arrangement has been a huge blessing for me. It’s not just about convenience, it’s about having more control over my time, energy, and overall well-being. On top of that, being part of D&V has been a great experience because of the people. The managers are supportive, teammates are collaborative, and the clients are professional and easy to work with. Altogether, it creates a positive and motivating environment that I’m truly grateful to be part of.
The challengesNone so far. Everything was great.

    D&V still needs improvement.
The good thingsThe company culture lean towards on work-life balance. They put importance on ensuring that their employees have a life outside work. Also, most of the people I've met here are fun. They also provide free lunch every RTO which is a good thing.
The challengesThe management and promotion system. It's currently flawed and some employees don't receive promotion despite earning it. Also, their salary package isn't as competitive as others. They're too client-centric at times that they disregard the employee's concerns about the client further affecting their employee's well-being and position in the company.

Good work-life balance and pay, with audit exposure; promotion may depend on external stakeholders.
The good thingsThe firm offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, with minimal onsite requirements (e.g. around once a month in my current setup), which supports work-life balance during non-peak periods. The work environment is professional, and the office is comfortable when working onsite. Salary payments are consistent and timely. There are also good learning opportunities through exposure to different audit engagements and guidance from more experienced team members.
The challengesWorkload tends to increase significantly during peak audit periods, particularly when managing multiple deadlines across engagements. This can occasionally require extended working hours. Career progression and promotion timelines may depend on external stakeholders, given the nature of the outsourcing arrangement.

Hybrid set-up with great work-life balance!
The good thingsSchedules are different per team, but in mine we only need to be in the office a few times a month or when there are events. My managers and workmates are approachable and good co-workers. Culture is fun and we have free lunch when onsite.
The challengesThe workload can add up, but the management is understanding of delays or having to readjust timelines when needed.

The company provides a supportive work environment, and consistent opportunities for growth.
The good thingsWork-Life balance and competitive salary. There’s also lots of benefits given by the company. HMO since day 1
The challengesI hope the company can consider giving more priority to existing employees during promotions. Some have already been with the same client for two years or more, yet their roles haven’t changed, while higher positions are given to new hires.”

D&V Philippines is really good and generous company. People are really good
The good thingsThe office is spacious. People are really good. High pay salary. Hybrid work setup - mostly once a month onsite reporting.
The challengesMaybe the major challenge for me is the travel during onsite working day because I'm from nearby province. But that's not D&V's fault haha.
