    Great company for retirement, great benefits and people are welcoming.
    The good thingsBenefits and colleagues, also the office is nice and comfortable.
    The challengesThe salary range could still improve for IT dept's employees. But since it's not an IT solution, the salary could be a bit lower than other companies.

    I learned a lot in this company there's so many trainings and seminars that helped the employee for their career development.

    The challengesThe rotation of people. Some employees are transferred to Laguna and Batangas. And also the time schedule is as early as 7:30am.

    The challengesDesktop support sometimes its hard to solve problems if the internal customer criticizing my work while I'am in here work place. some questions redundantly asking me. Tasked urgency. monitoring me while troubleshoots, repair the problems.
