    Very Toxic Management
    The good thingsThe free lunch and easy-going teammates. My teammates were so great.
    The challengesIN MY EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT TELLS YOU THAT THEY ARE OPEN TO COMPLAINTS BUT DOESN'T ACTUALLY LISTEN TO YOU. Management doesn't understand the basics of an IT company. Even if how good you are at your work and how efficient you are, they will always want to see a "Pakitang Tao" rather than an efficient worker.

    Very bad management most of the higher ups has it’s own agenda and lacking knowledge about their position.

    The challengesYou don't have a voice to suggest good ideas to share to your team leads. They always thinks they were right even their ideas makes your work experience a terrible one. For short, puro sila mga tila lubot / sipsip sa management.
