    An Awesome HR Experience
The good thingsI will always be grateful for the opportunity I received from DMCI Power because it allowed me to apply the knowledge I acquired from my Masters from HR Planning to execution of the Total Talent Management System.
The challengesThe only challenge that I had at the time was the location. It is located in Calapan, Mindoro, and I had no relatives there. I just went there on my own and just carried the optimism with me that everything would be all right.

The good thingsEveryday improvent due to different work assigned as a mechanical maintenance together with the mechanics whom assigned to different field of maintenance.
The challengesThe time alloted for our on job training were not enough for us to learn more about power plant due to complexity of the process and subtopics of each process.

Learned a lot about coal fired power plant
The good things*good work relationship with colleagues *my project designation suited very well as I am a mechanical engineer thus I was able to apply what I have learned from college from fuel analysis up to generating electricity
The challengesThe detailed designs for the project proved to be a very painstaking process such as reviewing and revising it several times.

The good thingsThe Company is giving a year end bonus aside from the 13th month pay. Food allowances and accommodation are provided for the provincial work assignment. Uniforms are provided free. PPE are also provided free.
The challengesPromotion to a higher position is based on the length of time working in the Company but not to good work performance. Top management position are usually to those who spend working for so long in the Company i.e. more than 20 yrs.
