Fast growing company since the company had its IPO last 2018.
The good things1. Work life balance is good. You can go to work as early as 7:00 am and then leave at exactly 4:00 pm if you don't have too many work loads. 2. I heard that the company is now providing seminars in different departments for their workers career development which is nice. 3. The company office is located in Aseana city which is a perfect leisure place after work. 4. When i used to work there, the office was already conducive and now that they moved into Aseana 3 i guess their office is way more conducive than before. 5. Filing leave is easy. 6. I enjoyed the moments i had with my coworkers inside our department. 7. I'm thankful for the growth i experienced from my bosses.
The challenges1. Given that the company has been established for many years, it is quite difficult for a new employee to backtrack the history of previous works done by previous employees who used to work there. 2. Work load management is unequally distributed. 3. AWOL for new employees is very common. I guess they still have to know the root cause of that.

    Good luck
The good thingsYou will learn a lot and you will be able to find patience you never thought you had. If you are looking for a stepping stone, this is the place for you. However, you should only limit your tenure to about 2 - 3 years lest you want to be depressed and see your humanity rot.
The challengesExtremely petty and power tripping bosses; No career development; Extremely stingy management; They will make you feel like you owe it to them that you are working for them; Undermanned but not well compensated; As there are no clear delineations of what your work should be, you will have to go beyond what should be your job and you will not even receive a thank you for it; Your bosses will make sure that you feel inferior to them and that they know how to do your job better than you do; They will make you grovel for a salary increase.
